Petronas Research Sdn Bhd (PRSB)
EFB Dry and Wet Miller
The R&D project requires a development of a machine that can grind the input EFB fiber with length from 150 – 100 mm to 0.1mm. This project is designed to support Petronas’s research in Biomass conversion to Bio-Monoethylene Glycol (BIO-MEG).
Indah Water Konsortium Research Centre (IWKRC)
Sludge Drying System
The project facilitates IWK’s sewage sludge handling as they are responsible for the proper use or disposal of the sewage sludge that they produced without causing any sort of pollution or harming our earth . It is mainly to determine the optimum processing parameters to dry dewatered sludge up to 95% water content loss before its being disposed or reused using a new concept & design.



A&Z Power Generation Sdn Bhd
Food Waste Separation & Screening Line
The primary goal of this project is to harness the potential of food waste by converting it into biogas, a renewable energy source. The process begins by meticulously separating food waste from household rubbish through a series of specialized machines. Once separated, the food waste is processed further, with a pressing mechanism used to extract the juice from it. This extracted juice is then directed to a biogas pond, where it undergoes a natural decomposition process, producing biogas as a byproduct. This biogas is subsequently harnessed to generate electricity, providing an eco-friendly solution to both waste management and energy
production.

Sludge Drying System
NS Biomachinery engineered an integrated sludge processing unit designed for high-efficiency waste volume reduction and thermal energy recycling. The installation pairs a specialized continuous sludge dryer with a high-performance gasifier to process industrial waste streams sustainably while significantly lowering overall disposal costs.




Universiti Putra Malaysia
Agricultural Automation Equipment
In collaboration with academic and agricultural researchers, NS Biomachinery custom-engineered automated field equipment to streamline plantation management and crop care. The scope included a Precision Variable Rate Technology (VRT) Liquid Fertilizer Applicator designed for target-specific nutrient dosing, alongside a specialized Seedling Conveyor system built to optimize nursery material handling and operational throughput.
Nissin Shoji
Patented EFB Pre-Treatment System
In collaboration with Nissin Shoji, NS Biomachinery co-designed a next-generation Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) pre-treatment line. Featuring advanced mechanical processing and a proprietary design patented across both Malaysia and South Korea, this system optimizes raw biomass preparation for high-density pellet production and industrial-scale fiber processing.
